Join Charisse M. Williams for this weekly class for approachable yoga instruction in a warm, encouraging environment. Each week we'll explore fundamental yoga postures and discuss the many benefits of yoga for our lives off of the yoga mat. Great emphasis will be placed on the breath, our most accessible tool for obtaining calm, relaxation and mental clarity.
